I specialise in producing Energy Performance Certificates of the highest quality and accuracy by spending time on assessments and talking to clients.

As an entirely independent company, I aim to provide a personal service, working closely with agents and clients. Managing my own appointments system, my arrangements are very flexible throughout the week, to include Saturdays and bank holidays, and out-of-hours if necessary. EPCs should be normally produced within 24 hours, but could be available on a same-day basis if required.

I believe in maintaining an open relationship with clients, and keeping them informed of all matters including progress, results and potential points of contention. I have a formal complaints procedure if required, and cover for Personal Indemnity and Public Liability.

My fees are generally dependant on the size of the property, and are competitive within the industry, but can be subject to discounts by volume.

When regulations require Energy Performance Certificates for rented properties in 2008, I will be very pleased to talk to landlords and letting agents about this sector as well.
